Water Wheel has been the perfect place to live. We originally moved here in the 1980’s and just returned now in 2008. Water Wheel has always been a nice, quiet community with strong management.

Doctors, dentists, churches, banks, groceries, gas and restaurants are within a few blocks. It is affordable living 60 minutes from Detroit and less than 30 minutes to Ann Arbor and Adrian. I love it and tell everyone I meet about it.”
