Water Wheel Community is a beautiful manufactured home community located in the historic Village of Clinton, at the northeast corner of Lenawee County, Michigan. Our residents tell us they enjoy the quiet community of living in Clinton, while only a short distance away from Adrian, Saline, Ypsilanti, and Ann Arbor.

Our mobile home community is family owned and operated, giving our residents a personal confidence with our on-site management services and friendly staff. The management team maintains the community grounds, removes snow and oversees guidelines that our residents appreciate in our community for a quality living standard.
